Frontline Councillorship aspirant for Otoro Ward III consults Party ~ Promises a robust legislative engagement.

A Frontline aspirant for the councillorship position of Otoro Ward III, Pastor Mercy Williams Bassey (Decobass) has consulted the Ward Executives of the Peoples Democratic Party on her aspiration to represent the ward in the forthcoming Local Government polls.

Receiving her delegation, the ward chairman, Mr. Effiong Udousoro acknowledged the aspirant for towing the right part of consulting the party while calling on all and sundry to support her ambition.

Pastor Mercy who acknowledged that her quest for this political office is borne out of her passionate desire to serve her people, also promised to live up to the expectation and demands of leadership.

A cross section of stakeholders including Rev. Hope Ekong the ward stakeholders chairman and Hon. Friday Archibong, Chapter officer of the party, saw her aspiration as a welcome development targeted towards bridging the development gap in the area.

The Director General of the MercySpeaks Campaign Organization, Mr Emmanuel Jumbo, as well as other political stalwarts, also extolled the rare leadership qualities of the organization's Principal and drummed up support for her aspiration.
