Sadio Mane tests positive to Covid- 19: Liverpool forward currently self- isolating

Liverpool Football Club and Senegalese striker Sadio Mane has reportedly tested positive to Covid- 19 according to reports emerging from the club's official twitter account which says that the diminutive attacker 'is currently self- isolating according to necessary guidelines'.

Mane was very instrumental and pivotal to the title prowess of Liverpool last season and the club's board of directors, staffs, players and fans would be hoping he recover's soon to join the team in their title defence this season.

The Senegalese international scored a brace in their win over Chelsea Football Club and also scored in their 3:1 win against Chelsea.

Mane has been nominated for the Premier League player of the Month with team mate Mohamed Salah and African compatriot Emerick Patrick Aubumayang. 

This news comes just after the President of the United States of America announced on Twitter that he has tested positive to Covid- 19 with his wife.
